Summer Fundraiser With Jan Carolyn Hardy

Join us in the fabulous backyard of Jan Carolyn Hardy on Thursday, August 13, for a summer fundraiser to re-elect Rep. Donna Mears. Come anytime between 5:00 and 6:30 p.m., grab something to eat, and talk with Donna about her re-election campaign, the work that still needs to be done in Juneau, and what’s on the November ballot.
There will be a Mediterranean spread waiting for you! Dips and pita, fresh veggies, homemade lamb and beef meatballs, spanakopita, and a big Greek salad. Come hungry and thirsty because we’ll also have a mix of beer, hard cider, and seltzers (hard & soft).
We are grateful to our strong labor co-hosts for standing with Donna and with the working families of East Anchorage: Andy Josephson, Yarrow Silvers, Carl Jacobs, Dora Wilson, Tyler Watson, Judy Jessen, Daniel Clift, Hedy Eischeid, Mary Ann Ganacias, and Billy Stapleton.
Donna has built a record on the things working families feel in their day-to-day: neighborhood schools that are adequately funded to keep good teachers in the classroom and a state where you can build a family, make a living, and thrive.
